Parameters

name	Relative file name
year	Pointer to year
month	Pointer to month (1..12)
day	Pointer to day (1..31)
hour	Pointer to hour (0..23)
minutes	Pointer to minutes (0..59)
seconds	Pointer to seconds (0..59, or 60)
